about
MICHELLE

My journey as a helper began as a camp counselor, where I spent my days outdoors, guiding individuals through activities that fostered confidence and emotional resilience. Working with both students at summer camps and adults at retreats opened my eyes to the profound and lasting impact this kind of work could have. This ultimately inspired me to pursue a career as a licensed counselor.

Now, as a licensed counseling supervisor, I offer a safe and supportive environment where clients can heal, find balance, and create healthy boundaries. Through specialized counseling, group therapy, and personalized intensives or retreats, I help clients face their fears, challenge feelings of shame, and address the roots of self-destructive behaviors. Drawing from my training in various modalities, I develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals. My goal is to empower clients to confront and rewrite the false narratives that have caused pain, guiding them toward growth and healing on their personal journeys.
